Quite uptight. The hotel was barely occupied still the service was poor and they were in a rush to have us leave. Never have I seen a hotel which refuses to provide towels for the pool/shower, refuses to take in dietary requests ( nothing extraordinary).

Mediocre hotel versus the price.
No AC working in the lobby/reception during humid summer month of Delhi . When asked for the Iron.. found out the iron wasn’t working either. No bar in the Hotel. Worst location to stay. Nothing nearby walking and amongst traffic logged streets.
Ambiance and swimming pool were fantastic
We booked 4 double bed rooms. On check in day I received a call and they told me if we are fine to have 2 rooms having a door in-between. I clearly denied and told that we need 4 separate rooms but still they provided only 2 individual rooms and 2 with a door in-between. The booking was done before more than a month so last konute these things should not be done.
I liked how spacious the rooms were and even the bathroom.
There were multiple problems with the hotel. The lights were completely off, almost felt like the hotel was shut at night. The hotel didn't have 24 hour hot water, the towels were stinking and the jet spray wasn't working. There was no phone guide to know what is reception number, house keeping etc.
